As an authorized Varco Pruden Builder, James Steel builds 500,000 square feet of pre-engineered buildings annually. There are currently seven VP plants located thourghout the United States, and is the largest building manufacturer. James Steel has been an authorized VP builder since 1980.

James Steel has sold over fifteen hundred Varco Pruden buildings and that number keeps growing. Our company base extends within a 100 mile radius of Yankton; however, James Steel has completed projects in Rapid City, Illinois, Des Moines, Iowa, and in the Minneapolis area.
